Move IN - MOVE OUT (please read carefully)

Relocating to a new residence can be a formidable undertaking, particularly when it comes to move-out cleaning. This task involves routine and deep cleaning procedures that can be overwhelming for many individuals. You must inform us if any construction or renovation work was conducted prior to your occupancy, as this information will allow us to prepare for the cleaning process adequately. Additionally, if your residence is heavily soiled or in a state of disrepair, we will adjust our move-in/out service accordingly, with hourly rates.

Our move-out cleaning service covers a wide range of tasks, including dry and wet floor cleaning, window sill and pipe cleaning, closet, cabinet, and surface cleaning, trash removal (up to two large black bags), and cleaning of mirror and glass surfaces. We also offer bathroom services such as cleaning and disinfecting faucets, sinks, and toilets, cleaning showers and baths, and washing tiles. In the kitchen, we clean stovetops and ovens, refrigerators inside and outside, microwaves inside and outside, and kitchen surfaces such as tabletops and countertops. If the cabinets are empty, we also clean them inside and out.

Please note that our rates exclude cleaning of interior windows, blinds/shutters, fans, doors, detailed dustings, and air conditioners. Furthermore, there are specific tasks that we will not be able to perform, such as moving heavy furniture and appliances, cleaning high bulbs and ceiling fans, cleaning window exteriors, and disposing of pet waste.
